Lovember is a couples-only concierge that helps two people plan dates and remember shared moments. By using the app you agree to the terms below.

Who can use Lovember

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Lovember is for couples — pairing requires both partners to sign in.

Your relationship data

Names, birthdays, locations, and chats with Ember are sensitive personal data. We treat them with care and apply documented safeguards. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party models. See our Privacy page for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lovember to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone — your partner included. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

No guarantees

Lovember is provided as-is. We try our best, but plans, venues, and suggestions are recommendations — confirm hours, prices, and reservations yourself. We aren't liable for plans that fall through.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continuing to use Lovember after a change means you accept the new terms.
